If you can’t find your racing colours in our online store, click here to visit our 'Register Your Syndicate or Racing Colours' page where you can add your details and we will include your racing colours on the website promptly.
What is My Racing Colours refund policy?
Almost all of our products are individually personalised and therefore non-
returnable, unless faulty. If a product is found to be faulty, we will replace it promptly.
We cannot accept responsibility for customers spelling mistakes when ordering
personalised products on our website.
Are all My Racing Colours products guaranteed?
Yes, we offer a one-year guarantee on all of our products. Any product that is
found to be faulty will be replaced. The replacement will be dispatched promptly.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are expected to be delivered between 5 and 8 business days from the date of order.
